The Fleece FPE-MANTAKE-59 Mantake 5" Intake With Filter is specifically designed for your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins with a 2nd gen swap kit. The Intake has been designed to be used with an S400 turbocharger with a 5" compressor cover inlet and used with a 2nd Gen T4 Steed Speed or ATS Cast Manifold with the outlet flange angled down.
